Where we ship
- We deliver across South Africa.
- We don't currently ship internationally — but we're growing, so watch this space.
Processing time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude delays caused by couriers or weather.
Shipping costs
- Door delivery: flat rate of R[insert] (recommend R60–R99 for metro)
- PUDO locker: R[insert] (typically cheaper — pass the saving on)
- Free shipping on orders over R[insert] (recommend ~R650 — nudges basket size and protects margin)
- Exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How your order is packed
- Jars are wrapped and cushioned to survive transit.
- If anything arrives damaged, it's covered — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Tracking your order
- Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email.
- Use it to follow your parcel to its locker, door, or PEP collection point.
Delivery addresses & failed deliveries
- Please double-check your address and locker/PEP selection at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected locker/PEP order, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery — please inspect your order on arrival.
